ECA Membership and Dues
All adults residing in the ECA's service area are General Members of the ECA. Those who also support the ECA financially by paying voluntary annual dues of $35 per household become Voting Members. Voting Members are able to vote in ECA elections (every 2 years - in odd numbered years). And, they also receive a printed copy of the ECA's Neighborhood Directory each year, as well as access to the online ECA Directory and phone app. If you would like to support the ECA as a Voting Member, you can pay your dues below.
IMPORTANT: If your ECA Directory household listing needs to be updated or this is your first time paying ECA dues, pay your dues first, wait 3 days for processing, and then go to the Neighborhood Directory to find out how to update your listing online, by either registering for the Online Directory or by submitting an update form. If you pay by mail with a personal check, the payment form already asks for listing update information.
To pay using a credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, click on the button below. If you choose to pay by credit card, you don't need a PayPal account. You only have the option to use Apple Pay if you are using the Safari browser on a Mac, iPhone, or iPad.
To pay by Venmo, use the Venmo app or website to send $35 to “Edgemoor-Citizens-Association.” Make sure to say which household it is for if your Venmo name does not already make that clear.
To pay by mail with a personal check, print out a paper form HERE, fill it out, and send it by mail along with a check. The address is on the form.
NOTE: The ECA is a tax-exempt non-profit under section 501(c)(4) of the tax code. However, it is not a charity under 501(c)(3). Contributions to the ECA are usually not tax-deductible. You should consult a tax professional for guidance.
